Speak Up

Speak up

when you don’t yet know if it makes sense.

Allow yourself to think out aloud.

The way you think can help someone to connect a dot in their minds.

The courage you have to think out loud can encourage someone to speak up when they feel what they want to say is not perfect.

Perfect is an illusion,

your voice is real.

And it has impact.

It shows who you are:

the courageous, thoughtful, generous person

who gives us the gift of her thoughts and being witness to her thinking process.

Thank you for giving us this gift.

And here is your gift:

Not from us.

From yourself to yourself.

First gift is Progress.

Every time you speak, you speak better.

The second gift is Courage.

Every time you use courage, you have more courage.

Your voice and courage are your ever growing powers.

But you need to use them.

And we need you to use them.

Please. Speak Up.

Isil Uysal Calvelli

If you ask me who I am in one word, I say “Human”. If I should do it with two words, I say “Loving Human”. If I am allowed to do it in three words, I say “Loving Creative Human”

I create words, emotions, connections, energy and spaces.

I do that through coaching, writing, speaking, podcasting and training.
