become your full self and lead the life and work that is true to you

Coaching for individuals and leaders who want to lead their work and life with intention and alignment to who they are.

My coaching supports you in becoming more you—in how you show up, communicate, lead, and make decisions. Below, you’ll find three pathways you can take depending on where you are and what you want to shift.

Coaching Areas

1. OWN YOUR VALUE

Stop holding back. Start communicating who you are with clarity and presence.

2. NAVIGATE TRANSITIONS

Stop feeling lost in change. Start navigating your next step with clarity and possibility.

3. KIND-SSERTIVE LEADERSHIP

Stop carrying everything alone. Start leading with heart and clarity.

1. Own Your Value

Stepping into your power without shrinking

There are moments in our careers when we realize we’ve been holding ourselves back: speaking less than we want to, being seen less than we deserve, minimizing our strengths out of habit or politeness.

This coaching supports you in expressing your value with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Not louder but truer.

You might relate if you...
  • stay quiet in meetings even when you have something to say
  • feel unseen or overlooked for opportunities
  • sense you’re capable of more but don’t fully show it
  • want to be humble, yet end up feeling small
  • are unsure how to make your work visible without feeling self-promotional
We will explore...

In this work, we explore what it means for you to show up fully and be seen for who you are. Together, we look at the essence of your strengths and how you want to bring them forward in your professional life. This includes:

  • understanding your values, strengths and contribution
  • clarifying how you want to be seen and recognized
  • speaking with clarity and authenticity in different situations
  • making your work visible through natural, genuine storytelling
  • translating your values into everyday actions and decisions
  • building relationships where you feel seen, understood, and partnered with

Reclaiming Confidence and Clarity:

"Before coaching, I was dissatisfied with my situation — both professionally and personally. I doubted myself, compared myself to others, and often withdrew when I felt intimidated. That kept me stuck in a negative cycle I couldn’t break on my own. Through our regular conversations, I became aware that I could change my situation — that I was not forced to accept things as they were. I learned to shift my mindset, to communicate differently with colleagues and loved ones, and to notice even the small successes along the way. With the techniques I developed in coaching, I can now stop the spiral of negativity and turn things toward the positive. I trust myself more, feel stronger overall, and am more satisfied in my life. The coaching was extremely reliable, thoughtful, and personalized — always responsive to my current needs. A truly engaged and creative partnership."

All of this supports you in expressing yourself more fully and confidently in your work and life.

2. Navigate transitions

Staying centered when everything around you is shifting.

Transitions—new roles, upcoming career changes, redundancy—often bring insecurity or uncertainty. Yet these moments also carry the greatest possibility for growth and reorientation.

This coaching helps you stay grounded, connected to your values, and open to what is emerging.

You might be here if ...
  • you feel unsure how to succeed in a new role
  • you’re preparing for a career change and don’t know what comes next
  • fear you feel is overwhelming action
  • everything feels uncertain or “too much”
What we will explore...

Here we work on helping you stay centered during moments of change, reconnecting you with what is true for you and supporting you in shaping the next chapter with clarity and intention. This includes:

  • grounding yourself in who you are and what you stand for
  • seeing opportunities where fear or confusion used to dominate
  • meeting uncertainty with curiosity rather than self-doubt
  • communicating clearly in new or shifting environments
  • influencing and asking for support with confidence
  • navigating complexity with creativity instead of overwhelm

All of this supports you in expressing yourself more fully and confidently in your work and life.

Leading Through Transition With Confidence:

"I began coaching with Isıl during a major professional and personal transition. I had taken on a new organisation and felt overwhelmed, unclear about my priorities, and emotionally stretched in a high-pressure environment.

Through our work, I gained clarity on my role, learned to focus on what truly matters, and began collaborating with stakeholders in a more constructive way. I developed tools to regulate my emotions without losing my authentic, passionate self — and started using my energy and cultural identity as leadership strengths rather than something to apologise for.

Coaching also transformed how I lead through change: I became more patient, inclusive, and able to build trust while still driving improvement. Isıl’s empathetic yet direct style, her challenging questions, and the safe space she creates helped me think differently and take action.

I now feel more confident, more balanced, and clearer in both my leadership and my life."

-Yasemin Ueney, Head of Demand Europe and SAMEA

When I got in touch with Isil, I did not know what to do to feel good about work. I did not like what I do, I felt anxious, afraid of what would unfold during the day. At night I felt totally depleted and could not do anything else that could take my mind off of work. I was overwhelmed and upset. I knew I had to do something to change my situation, but I did not know what to do and where to start.

In our sessions with Isil, I got clarity about what was important to me at work that I was missing. This clarity gave me confidence and power. By the end of the first month, my emotional state at work changed completely, I now could stay calm and did not let situations take away my power anymore. Through the exercises Isil introduced me, I discovered a new career path for myself that feels so right that I am surprised I did not see it before. Now I am taking consistent action towards my new path and I am excited about it.

3. Kind-ssertive Leadership

Stop over-carrying. Start leading with clarity and care.

Many leaders want to be both kind and clear — to support their teams, communicate openly, and still hold direction. Yet in practice, this often becomes difficult: you take on too much, avoid conversations you know are necessary, or feel responsible for everyone’s emotions.

Kind-ssertive Leadership brings these two worlds together, helping you lead with humanity and assertiveness in a way that feels natural, grounded, and true to who you are.

This is for you if you...
  • giving difficult feedback drains you
  • you take on too much to keep the peace
  • you feel responsible for everyone’s emotional state
  • stress or complexity weighs heavily
  • you want to lead with humanity without losing your boundaries

I feel more confident in my leadership:

“Working with Isil helped me find a way of to communicate clearly and give direct feedback while staying deeply connected to the people I lead. What used to feel heavy and stressful now feels natural and respectful." - G.Ü, Team Manager, Operations

What we will explore...

In this work, you will develop:

  • a way of communicating that is honest, respectful, and clear
  • the ability to give feedback as a supportive and clarifying act
  • confidence to express your needs and set boundaries without guilt
  • listening and questioning skills that build trust and partnership
  • tools to stay present and regulated under stress
  • a mindset that sees complexity as creative space rather than pressure

Kind-ssertive Leadership supports you in leading with heart and backbone — confident, compassionate, and centered.

Why work with me?

I’ve spent my life observing what happens when people cannot express themselves fully. I watched it in my family as a child, and I felt it in myself as I tried to succeed in roles that didn’t allow my creativity or potential to breathe. That early curiosity became my lifelong work: understanding how people can live, work, and lead in a way that is true to them.

My own path has not been straight or traditional. I moved countries, changed careers, pursued security when I needed it, and later stepped into full expression and purposeful work. I know how courageous it is to choose the unbeaten path — to listen to your own voice even when you are sensitive to others, even when it makes some people uncomfortable, even when it would be easier to stay small. I know what it means to be the “good one” who carries too much, who feels responsible for everything, who wants to do right by everyone. And I know what it takes to soften that pattern without losing your unique being.

Because of this, I don’t only hear what you say — I hear the parts inside you that you might not yet name. Clients often tell me: “Exactly. You put it so rightly.” You don’t have to justify yourself, explain your contradictions, or hide the parts that feel too much or not enough. I can hold your sensitivity, your ambition, your care, your conflicting voices — and help you see the strength in all of them.

Our work becomes a creative partnership. Through intuition, deep listening, playfulness, metaphor, even improv-inspired exercises, your exploration opens into something alive and generative. You reconnect with the life that wants to pour through you.

With me, you step into a space of full acceptance.
All your parts are welcome, and all of them matter.
Nothing is too complex for us to hold together.

You don’t have to carry things alone anymore.
You can breathe.
You can lay everything in the space between us.
And from there, you can lead your work and life in a way that is true to you.
